Marketing Manager (Seamless Assist Talent Pool)
Full-time | Remote | Reports to: Client + Seamless Assist Account Director
Overview:
Our client-deployed Marketing Managers are versatile and proactive professionals placed in growing businesses to lead and execute marketing strategies. Youll act as the clients in-house marketing expert driving growth, managing campaigns, and collaborating with internal teams or third-party vendors.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategic marketing plans based on client goals
Manage social media, content calendars, and paid campaigns as needed
Coordinate with design, content, and tech teams to launch marketing assets
Monitor analytics and performance metrics to guide decision-making
Oversee branding consistency across all marketing channels
Communicate regularly with the client and Seamless Assist team for alignment and reporting
Requirements:
3+ years marketing experience, ideally in an agency or startup environment
Comfortable working across different industries and marketing stacks
Strong client-facing communication and time management skills
Familiar with tools like Canva, Google Suite, Meta Business Manager, and email marketing platforms
Self-starter with the ability to take ownership of projects
