About us Termgrid is a cloud-based, SaaS platform purpose-built for private markets to streamline the debt financing process and drive industry efficiency and value for all deal participants. Currently, Termgrid connects over 700 institutions across Private Equity investors, borrowers, institutional lenders (banks or direct), and their legal and debt advisors to deliver transparency, efficiency, and velocity to this $3 trillion market. We are a fast-paced early-stage, yet well-established start-up building a new SaaS / Fintech category in the private debt markets. About the role We are in the early stages of building our marketing team and are looking for a hands-on marketing generalist with experience across the full marketing mix. You will work directly with the Head of Marketing, who alongside firm leadership, sets the marketing strategy and direction, to support all marketing activities, campaigns, and channels. You\'ll be part of a small, highly cross-functional team working side-by-side with sales, client support, success, and product and leadership. As one of the first marketing team members and as part of a start-up with a big future, you\'ll have plenty of opportunities to grow your skills and experience. EVENTS A key focus of this role will be coordinating and managing our UK, European and U.S. events program - across industry events, in-person hosted events, and webinars. Responsibilities: Program & brand management: Maintain events calendar and establish a slick, scalable process of operations. Ensure we make the most of our investment and ensure all touchpoints provide a professional, positive and consistent brand experience. Work closely with sales and leadership on planning and post event ROI. Industry events: Manage all logistical aspects of conference sponsorship and speaking opportunities for executives - including liaising with event organizers, coordinating our exhibit stand, promotional items, sales/marketing materials, demos and other branding opportunities. Amplify our participation via PR opportunities, LinkedIn and other channels. Hosted events: In-person: Manage all logistical elements of small Termgrid events across client entertainment and networking to content roundtables and roadshows, partnering with clients and other partners. Manage all logistical elements across venue selection and management, invite and registration process etc. Webinars: Manage all logistical aspects across content assets, invite and execution to deliver multiple marketing webinars. CONTENT Sales & Marketing Collateral: Work with product and sales on content and manage the production process in-house and externally to produce assets including sales sheets, product overviews, brochures, case studies and decks. Thought Leadership: Support leadership and sales to produce insightful content including blogs, research, articles and video interviews. Manage the production process closely with external agencies and freelancers, third-party publications and partners. Distribute this content through traditional and digital (organic and paid) channels. DIGITAL Reporting on metrics for all digital channels. Email Marketing: Use Hubspot Marketing Hub to plan, build and execute email marketing campaigns Set-up forms, landing pages and lists Track and report and create dashboards Create workflows and automation Social Media: LinkedIn is the primary social channel for our audience. Manage all organic posting and paid programs. Website: Make front-end updates within Wordpress to keep our content and messaging up to date and expanded. Liaise with external provider/developer for more technical updates. Provide analytics on website usage to the team. BRAND MANAGEMENT Swag/merchandise management: Manage our swag program - from engaging prospects and trials, client appreciation and milestones to trade shows and sales. ABOUT YOU Highly proactive and willing to learn independently. Autonomous - ability to manage requests and projects independently Hands on - happy to get stuck into anything and everything Up for working in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same Proactive, positive, flexible As a remote role high levels of maturity, independence and accountability Requirements: Experience across the full marketing mix Excellent written and verbal communication - a marketing writing test will be given Very high attention to detail and commitment to quality 5 - 8 years of marketing experience at a B2B financial services or SaaS or enterprise technology company or a fast moving startup. You have experience with the following company and martech stack: Google drive - docs, sheets and/or Microsoft office Word, Excel, Powerpoint. Bonus points for Slack. Marketing Automation (Hubspot highly preferred) CRM (Hubspot preferable) Design software (such as Canva and Adobe Indesign) Webinar software (Zoom webinars, On24 or other webinar platform) CMS software (Wordpress preferable) Linkedin organic and paid campaigns Bonus points for Google Analytics, Figma
