Position Overview:

We are seeking a strategic and performance-driven

Marketing Manager

to lead our marketing initiatives. This role demands expertise in digital marketing, branding, and

lead generation

to drive awareness, engagement, and conversions. You will play a key role in growing the company's customer base by executing effective marketing campaigns aligned with sales objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute data-driven marketing strategies focused on lead generation and brand building. Build and manage lead generation funnels across different platforms . Identify new market segments and implement targeted lead generation strategies for B2B clients. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure quality lead handover and optimize conversion processes. Manage and optimize the company's online presence (website, social media, listings) Track campaign performance using analytics tools and report on KPIs such as leads generated, conversion rates, and ROI Oversee content development including blogs, case studies, emailers, landing pages, and social media content Supervise internal team and external vendors to execute marketing deliverables. Conduct regular competitor analysis and market research

Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field Experience in marketing, with a strong focus on lead generation and digital campaigns will be a plus. Good knowledge of Marketing tools with tools like Canva, email marketing platforms, etc. Excellent communication and convincing skills. Strong analytical thinking and performance tracking ability Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
