About The Job:

  • We're seeking an Adoption Events Manager with 7-10 years of experience to lead the operations and logistics of our on-demand and live virtual events program.
  • This role is critical to driving customer adoption and engagement through seamless, impactful virtual experiences that connect our customers with industry experts and our internal teams.
Essential Job Functions:
Event Operations & Logistics
  • Execute end-to-end logistics for on demand and live virtual events, ensuring exceptional experiences for customers, speakers, and internal stakeholders
  • Oversee multiple concurrent virtual events from setup through post-event reporting, including publishing of on demand content in our engagement hub
  • Coordinate technical requirements, platform management, and troubleshooting to ensure flawless event delivery
  • Deliver weekly metrics reports to stakeholders covering marketing campaign performance and event KPIs
Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Facilitate clear, timely communication between departments to ensure seamless service delivery and address dependencies proactively
  • Serve as a point of contact for event-related inquiries and coordination
Stakeholder Enablement
  • Create and maintain the internal SharePoint site (Live on client) as a centralized hub for event metrics, resources, and documentation
  • Experience with Zoom, On24 or similar webinar platforms is preferred.
Virtual Event Platform Management
  • Deep operational expertise with webinar platforms (Zoom, ON24) is the core technical requirement.
  • You need to execute flawless technical delivery, troubleshoot in real-time, and manage platform configurations for both live and on-demand content.
End-to-End Event Operations & Project Management
  • The ability to orchestrate multiple concurrent events from planning through post-event reporting requires strong operational discipline, attention to detail, and the capability to manage complex logistics simultaneously.
Cross-Functional Coordination
  • This role sits at the intersection of multiple teams.
  • You need to proactively identify dependencies, facilitate communication between departments, and serve as the central coordination point--critical for seamless execution.
Metrics & Reporting Proficiency
  • Weekly stakeholder reporting on marketing campaign performance and event KPIs requires comfort with data analysis, dashboard creation, and translating metrics into actionable insights.
Stakeholder Communication & Enablement
  • Creating and maintaining resources (like the SharePoint site), responding to inquiries, and keeping various audiences informed requires clear, audience-appropriate communication and documentation skills.
Problem-Solving & Troubleshooting
  • When technical issues arise during live events or operational challenges emerge across concurrent programs, you need to think quickly and resolve problems without disrupting the customer experience.
Content Publishing & Platform Management
  • Managing on-demand content in engagement hubs and maintaining centralized resource sites requires organizational skills and comfort with content management systems beyond just event platforms
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree (any field) as preferred but not required, OR
  • Equivalent practical experience in event management, marketing operations, or related fields
