Grow the territory in revenue and market share and achieve territory Sales targets.
Develop a Sales plan that effectively and efficiently cover all accounts within the assigned territory.
Manage existing customer accounts and enhance customer satisfaction.
Develop and close additional Sales opportunities in our existing customer base.
Prospect for new opportunities and generate new customer relationships within the assigned territory.
Learn and implement \xe2\x80\x9cFablab\xe2\x80\x99s Sales Process\xe2\x80\x9d including all procedures and policies.
Operate prudently and within the expense guidelines.
Demonstrate a proficiency in using the Fablab\xe2\x80\x99s customer relationship management database.
Generating new business leads of:
1. Dairy 2. Pharma 3. Hospitals 4. Industrial
Preparing and presenting weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reports to senior management.
Promoting our brand at trade shows and major industry-related events.
Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies and vendors.
Prepare marketing material, from website banners to hard copy brochures, case studies, Company profile presentation.
Produce valuable and engaging content for our website and blog that attracts and converts our target groups.
Develop and Manage company\xe2\x80\x99s account on social media.
Provide guidance and feedback to help others strengthen specific knowledge/skill areas
Preparation/verification of reports to management like enquiries received, offers submitted, hit ratio analysis of business opportunities.
Participation in Techno-Commercial negotiations with the customers and getting the Orders in line with sales targets and Profit Margin target set by Management.
Lead the sales marketing function of the Domestic region and International assigned area / geography.
Oversee daily operations of the business unit or organization.
Develop online sales platforms
Ensure sales & Marketing team have the necessary resources to perform properly
