Provide insights and actionable recommendations to management.
Team Leadership & Training
Recruit, train, mentor, and monitor
Sales Executives/Relationship Officers
to ensure high productivity and consistent goal achievement.
Cross-Functional Coordination
Work closely with
credit, operations, and collections teams
to ensure:
Smooth login & processing
Faster disbursement
High customer satisfaction
Reporting & Performance Tracking
Track daily/weekly performance of the team and channel ecosystem.
Maintain MIS and CRM reports.
Present sales & marketing performance insights to senior management.
