. The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing marketing strategies to promote our packaging products and services, expand brand visibility, and support sales growth across targeted markets.
Key Responsibilities:
Market Research & Analysis
Identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape in the packaging sector.
Analyze sales data to track product performance and recommend improvements.
Lead Generation & Campaign Execution
Plan and execute marketing campaigns (digital and traditional) to generate qualified leads.
Work closely with the sales team to support business development and customer outreach.
Brand Management
Maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials and communication channels.
Support the development of brochures, catalogs, packaging samples, and other promotional materials.
Customer Engagement
Organize and participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events.
Maintain regular interaction with clients to understand feedback and ensure customer satisfaction.
Digital Marketing
Manage content and campaigns across digital platforms including website, LinkedIn, email, etc.
Monitor campaign performance and optimize for better ROI.
Product Promotion
Assist in launching new packaging products or innovations with focused marketing strategies.
Highlight unique selling propositions (USPs) to differentiate in the market.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
2-4 years of marketing experience, preferably in B2B or the packaging/manufacturing sector
Knowledge of packaging industry trends and materials (e.g., paperboard, flexible, rigid, etc.) is a plus
Proficiency in marketing tools (CRM, email platforms, social media, MS Office/Google Suite)
Strong communication, organizational, and project management skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings or industry events
Preferred Skills:
Experience with Adobe Creative Suite or Canva for marketing materials
Familiarity with SEO/SEM and analytics tools (Google Analytics, HubSpot, etc.)
Knowledge of sustainability trends in packaging is an advantage
Compensation:
