We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven

Marketing Manager

to lead and execute strategic marketing initiatives that build brand awareness, drive customer engagement, and boost sales. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, creativity, and a solid background in both digital and traditional marketing methods.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote brand, products, and services. Manage and oversee campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, social media, and events. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges. Lead a team of marketing professionals and collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product, and customer service teams. Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns and optimize based on analytics. Manage the marketing budget and ensure all activities deliver maximum ROI. Create and manage content strategy, including blogs, newsletters, brochures, and ad copy. Build strategic partnerships and maintain relationships with media, vendors, and stakeholders. Coordinate with design, web, and creative teams to maintain brand consistency.

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience (5+ years) in a marketing management role. Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools (SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, social media ads). Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills. Creative thinker with a data-driven approach. Experience with CRM and email marketing tools is a plus.

Preferred Attributes:

Experience in dry fruits/nuts, FMCG, health food, etc. Ability to work in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment. Strategic mindset with hands-on execution capabilities.

Salary:

20,000 TO 45,000
