The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and executing strategic marketing plans to enhance the hospital's brand visibility, drive patient footfall, and promote specialized medical services within Vikhroli, Mumbai, and surrounding regions.
This role requires a strong understanding of the local healthcare landscape, digital marketing, community engagement, and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategy & Planning
Develop comprehensive marketing strategies
tailored to the hospital's objectives, focusing on key specialties and services.
Conduct
market research
to identify local healthcare trends, competitor activities in the Mumbai region, and patient needs/preferences.
Set clear
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
for all marketing activities, including patient acquisition, brand recall, and digital engagement.
2. Campaign Management & Execution
Oversee the development and production of all marketing and communication materials, such as brochures, patient testimonials, hospital newsletters, and website content.
Manage the hospital's website and social media presence to ensure up-to-date information and proactive engagement with the community.
3. Brand Management & Public Relations
Manage and safeguard the hospital's
brand identity and reputation
, ensuring consistent messaging across all touchpoints.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with local media, community leaders, and relevant healthcare stakeholders.
Plan and execute
Community Outreach and Health Awareness Programs
in the Vikhroli/Mumbai area (e.g., health camps, workshops) to drive public engagement.
4. Stakeholder Collaboration
Collaborate closely with
doctors, administrators, and clinical staff
to gather insights and ensure marketing initiatives accurately reflect the quality and expertise of the hospital's medical services.
Work with the Business Development/Sales team to align marketing efforts with patient referral strategies and corporate tie-ups.
5. Budgeting & Reporting
Manage the marketing budget effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to achieve maximum ROI.
Track, analyze, and report on the performance of all marketing campaigns, providing data-driven insights and recommendations for future improvements.
