Prepare
annual and monthly marketing plans

Study market trends, competitors, and pricing structures in heavy fabrication.
2. Business Development & Lead Generation
Identify new business opportunities, tenders, and project leads (government & private).
Develop strong relationships with
clients, EPC contractors, consultants, and PMC firms
.
Conduct regular
client visits, project site visits, and technical meetings
.
Generate enquiries for fabrication works such as:
Structural steel fabrication
Heavy equipment fabrication
Industrial sheds & platforms
Infrastructure & EPC fabrication support
3. Tendering & Proposal Support
Coordinate with
estimation, engineering, and planning teams
for tender submissions.
Assist in preparing
techno-commercial proposals
, BOQs, and cost estimates.
Ensure timely submission of
RFQs, tenders, and bids
.
Participate in
pre-bid meetings, negotiations, and clarifications
.
4. Client Relationship Management
Maintain strong long-term relationships with existing clients.
Act as the
single point of contact
for key accounts.
Address client concerns, feedback, and post-order coordination.
Ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.
5. Team Leadership & Coordination
Lead, guide, and monitor the
marketing executives and field staff
.
Assign targets, review performance, and provide on-the-job training.
Ensure timely submission of
Daily Visit Reports (DVRs), CRM updates, and MIS reports
.
Motivate the team to achieve sales and enquiry targets.
