distributor onboarding, performance management, capability building, and relationship management

Key responsibilities include executing distributor strategies, monitoring sales targets, improving distribution coverage, ensuring compliance with company policies, and coordinating with internal sales and marketing teams. The role also involves analyzing distributor performance data, identifying gaps, and implementing corrective actions to improve efficiency and results.

Qualifications Required

Bachelor's degree in business

, Marketing, Sales, or a related field

Strong understanding of

sales and distribution management

Good analytical, communication, and relationship-building skills Ability to work with sales data, reports, and performance metrics Proficiency in

MS Office / sales reporting tools


Experience Required

2-5 years of experience

in

sales, distributor management, or channel development

Prior experience working with

distributors, wholesalers, or trade partners

Experience in

FMCG or consumer goods

distribution is preferred Proven track record of

driving sales growth and improving market coverage

Field sales or territory management experience is an advantage
Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
