To plan, execute, and manage marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and business growth across channels.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with business objectives
Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns (digital, offline, and on-ground)
Manage brand positioning, messaging, and communication consistency
Coordinate with sales, product, and other internal teams to support revenue goals
Oversee creation of marketing collateral including brochures, presentations, and content
Analyze campaign performance and prepare regular reports and insights
Conduct market research, customer analysis, and competitor benchmarking
Manage vendor relationships, agencies, and marketing budgets
Support events, exhibitions, partnerships, and promotional activities
Required Skills & Competencies:
Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Strategic thinking with execution focus
Knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms
Analytical and problem-solving abilities
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
Experience:
2-6 years of relevant marketing experience (industry flexible)
