The Role exists to ensure that the products, services, and product lines resonate with current and potential customers thereby enhancing market share and strengthen the brand visibility. Additionally the role incumbent also leverage customer services as a key buying factor and thus plan marketing strategy to promote brand preference.
Key Responsibilities
Responsible for brand positioning and consumer insights by working closely with members of the marketing team, management, creative and content teams, and dealer partners, to create an effective and efficient marketing strategy focused on growing audiences for our products and services Plan, create and roll out online and offline marketing campaigns and track and report efficiencies Work closely with the social media agency to have an ‘always on’ Social media strategy. Content curation and online reputation management responsibilities also sit with the incumbent Support the dealer network with marketing plans and advertising collateral Track and report monthly market share performance

Understanding of customer behaviour in different parts of country
