We are looking for Social Media Manager to design and develop strategies, creating content, and analyzing performance to boost brand engagement. This role typically requires creativity, platform expertise, and data skills. design and execute strategies across digital platforms. Develop and implement social media calendars and content strategies aligned with business objectives.
The role requires creating compelling posts, videos, and graphics. Monitor trends, engage with audiences, and manage community interactions to foster loyalty. Additional duties include running ad campaigns, analyzing KPIs like engagement rates, and collaborating with marketing teams for brand consistency.
Proficiency in content creation tools like Canva or Adobe Photoshop, along with analytics knowledge. Strong communication, multitasking, and trend awareness help in optimizing campaigns and responding to audience feedback.
A bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field is common, with at least 3 years of experience managing social channels. Proven success in growing followers and engagement, plus self-starter traits, are highly valued.
