Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-driven

Marketing Manager

to lead our marketing efforts, strengthen brand presence, and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and managing marketing strategies across digital and offline channels to generate leads, improve brand visibility, and support sales objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement effective marketing strategies aligned with company goals Manage digital marketing activities (social media, Google ads, email campaigns, website content) Plan and execute branding, promotional, and advertising campaigns Generate B2B leads and support the sales team with marketing materials Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer behavior Manage marketing budget and ensure maximum ROI Coordinate with designers, printers, agencies, and vendors Track, measure, and report marketing performance using analytics tools
Requirements & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field 0-1 years of experience in marketing (B2B or manufacturing industry preferred) Strong knowledge of digital marketing, branding, and lead generation Excellent communication and presentation skills Experience with social media platforms, CRM tools, and marketing analytics Creative mindset with strong strategic thinking abilities
Preferred Skills

Experience in packaging, manufacturing, or industrial marketing Knowledge of SEO, Google Ads, and Meta Ads Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines Leadership and team management skills
