Job Description

We are looking for a smart and active

female Sales & Design Broadcast Executive

who will be responsible for sending daily new design updates to customers, handling customer inquiries, following up for orders, and assisting walk-in customers at our sales cabin.

This role is ideal for someone who is friendly, organized, and interested in fashion or textile sales.

Key Responsibilities

Send

daily new design photos and videos

to customers via WhatsApp or other platforms

Reply to customer inquiries

regarding designs, prices, availability, and orders

Follow up

with customers to convert inquiries into confirmed orders Maintain customer communication and build long-term relationships

Attend walk-in customers

at the office sales cabin and show them designs Maintain basic records of customers, orders, and follow-ups in

Excel

Coordinate with the sales and dispatch team for smooth order processing

Required Skills & Qualifications

Female candidate Must be

from Surat only

Good communication skills (Hindi / Gujarati; English is a plus) Comfortable using

WhatsApp, mobile, and computer

Basic knowledge of

Microsoft Excel

(entry level is enough) Pleasant personality and customer-friendly attitude Interest in fashion, garments, or textile designs preferred

Experience

Fresher or experienced

candidates both can apply Training will be provided

Full-time Office-based role (Sales Cabin)
