Job Description

The job includes managing campaigns, ensuring brand consistency, and driving in-person engagement with customers, teams, and partner.

Core Responsibilities

Develop and implement marketing strategies tailored for onsite activities, including promotions, events, and displays.

Coordinate day-to-day marketing operations at the location, managing set-ups, staffing, and logistics.

Organize and execute onsite events and promotions to boost customer engagement and foot traffic.

Oversee the installation and maintenance of signage, branded materials, and point-of-sale marketing.

Work closely with sales teams to support conversions and ensure cohesive messaging between marketing and customer services.

Qualifications and Skills

Experience in event management, retail marketing, or territory-based promotions.

Strong organization, coordination, and communication skills for real-time decision-making.

Able to analyze data, feedback, and campaign results to adjust strategies as needed.

Familiarity with marketing software, CRM tools, and reporting systems.

Ability to motivate and direct onsite staff, vendors, and marketing teams

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
