Job Summary
We are hiring an experienced
Marketing Manager
with strong knowledge of
dyestuffs, pigments
, and related chemical markets. The role involves strategic marketing, customer development, global networking, and product promotion across domestic and international markets.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute marketing strategy for dyestuff and pigment product lines
Handle B2B marketing and customer acquisition in domestic & export markets
Identify new business opportunities, markets, and industry trends
Work with R&D and production for new product development and technical approvals
Create marketing content: catalogues, brochures, product sheets, presentations
Support the sales team with technical data, samples, pricing strategy
Conduct competitor analysis and market research
Manage digital marketing activities relatable to chemical industry
Track performance metrics: enquiries, conversions, revenue targets, campaign ROI
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Marketing or related field
3-5 years of experience specifically in dyestuff, pigments, or chemical marketing
Strong technical understanding of dyes (Food color, acid, direct, ) and their applications
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work with international clients
Strong analytical and market research abilities
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in export marketing (Europe, Middle East, Southeast Asia, Latin America)
Existing network in textile mills, dye houses, traders, and OEMs
