Planning and Conducting

Brand building activities

Maintaining and improving relationship with the existing customer and manage client relationships.

Managing Social Media Platforms and E commerce Platform.

CRM Management and Customer grievance Management

Visual Merchandising/ Planning and executing

Develop new leads and increase sales like institutional/ Bulk sales.

New Store Launch Activities

Create communication/marketing plan for FMCG Brands including Marketing, Promotions, PR, Online, Outdoor Marketing, Events & Advertising etc.

Ensure regular monitoring and update of market and competition activities in the region through regular interaction with the commercial network and secondary research.

Ensure regular monitoring and update to management on the KPIs pertaining to sales process management.

Conduct marketing activities at off site locations like Health Check-up camps etc. on regular basis.
