About the Role We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to lead the marketing efforts for our skin and hair clinic. This role is ideal for a driven professional who can create strategies, manage digital marketing, handle PR, and train staff to ensure a consistent brand experience. Responsibilities Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and client acquisition. Oversee all digital marketing activities including social media, website, SEO, and paid campaigns. Manage PR initiatives, events, and partnerships to strengthen brand presence. Train and guide staff on customer interaction and brand communication. Monitor performance of marketing campaigns and prepare regular reports. Stay updated with market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities. Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. Minimum 5+ years of marketing experience, preferably in healthcare, beauty, or wellness industry. Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and trends. Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills. Proven ability to manage budgets and deliver measurable results.
