Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across various channels (SEO, SEM, social media, email, display advertising, content marketing). Plan and manage campaigns to drive traffic, engagement, and leads that deliver sales and ROI. Manage and optimize the company website and landing pages for SEO and conversion performance. Collaborate with the content team to create and distribute engaging content. Analyze digital marketing metrics and performance data, providing actionable insights. Oversee paid media campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.). Manage and grow the company's presence on social media platforms. Utilize marketing automation and CRM tools to optimize customer journey and lead nurturing. Stay up-to-date with digital trends, tools, and best practices. Manage budgets and report on ROI.

Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field 3-5 years of proven experience in digital marketing or related role. Social Media Marketing and Lead Generation skills Proficiency in Web Analytics and Digital Marketing Marketing skills with the ability to develop and implement effective strategies Excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team Experience in the real estate industry is a plus

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
