Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities



1. Offline Marketing Strategy Development



Develop and execute comprehensive offline marketing strategies aligned with business objectives. Identify and analyze target markets, trends, and competitors to guide tactical decisions. Allocate and manage offline marketing budgets effectively to maximize impact.

2. Campaign Management



Lead campaigns including print ads, brochures, hoardings, radio, direct mail, and dealership promotions. Coordinate with agencies and vendors to ensure on-time and high-quality campaign execution. Integrate offline campaigns with digital marketing for multi-channel effectiveness.

3. Event Discovery, Planning & Management



Proactively identify and evaluate relevant

automobile expos, trade fairs, sponsorships, and dealership events

. Lead end-to-end execution -- from logistics and setup to branding and live coverage. Manage regional roadshows, test-drive camps, customer meets, and influencer activations. Build event partnerships and collaborate with franchises for

localized execution

4. Brand Awareness & Community Engagement



Drive brand recognition through

on-ground engagement

, community tie-ups, and sponsorships. Cultivate relationships with

local media, influencers, and auto clubs

to extend reach. Run

grassroots marketing initiatives

for customer acquisition and retention.

5. Franchise & Dealer Marketing Collaboration



Support franchises with marketing kits, POS materials, and regional event strategies. Guide local partners in

executing marketing activities

, track performance, and build feedback loops. Encourage

localized participation

in events to drive visibility and trust.

6. Retail & In-store Marketing



Plan and manage

point-of-sale displays, dealership branding, and in-store activations

. Work with retail teams to enhance customer experiences and optimize visual merchandising. Train in-store teams to effectively use brand communication tools and promotions.

7. Market Research & Analysis



Conduct

competitive benchmarking

, consumer surveys, and regional trend analysis. Monitor offline campaign KPIs like

footfall, engagement, lead capture, and conversions

. Report actionable insights and ROI to senior leadership for continuous improvement.

8. B2B & B2C Strategy Execution



Devise differentiated approaches for

B2C marketing (retail buyers, community events)

and

B2B growth (fleet owners, corporates, institutional buyers)

. Represent the brand at auto expos, vendor meets, and networking forums for partnerships.

9. Offline-to-Online Amplification



Ensure offline campaigns and events are

amplified on social platforms and digital PR channels

. Collaborate with content and social teams to share event highlights, testimonials, and success stories.

10. Narrative Building



Shape compelling brand stories for booths, brochures, customer interactions, and offline branding assets. Ensure all messaging reinforces the brand's positioning and values.

11. Reporting & Analysis



Track and analyze performance metrics for all offline activities -- footfall, leads, engagement, conversions, and ROI. Create detailed monthly and quarterly reports for leadership review. Present insights and suggestions for improving offline performance and cost-efficiency. Monitor trends to proactively plan future events and campaigns with measurable goals.
