Brief understanding of the profile:
Marketing experience in Trade Generics / Generic Pharma (Retail Model) -- with strong exposure to both chemists & stockists.
Ability to build marketing & product strategy from scratch -- including brand positioning, GTM, scheme creation and on-ground activation.
Hands-on experience with trade activation programs -- retailer engagement, fairs, demos, field collaterals, visibility tools.
Prior team management experience.
High ownership and comfort in a fast-paced environment.
1. Role Purpose
The Marketing Manager will be responsible for designing and executing the overall
marketing and product management strategy for company's trade generics business.
The role focuses on strengthening operations in Maharashtra and Gujarat, while
developing scalable playbooks to support pan-India expansion. This role requires a
hands-on marketer experienced in building brands, designing GTM strategies, and
enabling sales teams in a retail-driven, competitive generics environment.
