Manage and oversee all aspects of the furniture business, including product development, sales and marketing, operations, supply chain management, and customer service.
Work closely with the design team to develop new and innovative products that meet customer needs and drive sales growth.
Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and partners to ensure ongoing business success.
Monitor market trends and competitive landscape to identify new opportunities for growth and innovation.
Lead and motivate a team of managers and staff to achieve business objectives and goals.
Develop and manage budgets and financial performance of the furniture business unit.
Ensure all business activities comply with relevant laws and regulations.
Represent the furniture business unit at senior management meetings and contribute to overall company strategy and decision making.
