A Steel & Iron Foundry in Coimbatore is looking for a Marketing Engineer / Manager

Education:

Graduate in Engineering, MBA or Technical Masters will be an advantage

Experience:

15+ years in direct sales in a Foundry or Casting business

Age range:

35 - 50 yrs

Salary:

Best in the industry, in addition to performance based incentives

Role requirements:

Working experience is Foundries or sourcing companies

Complete understanding on foundry operations, basic metallurgy, Castings, etc

Willingness to work in target based environment, backed with performance incentives

Passion to sell, promote business through a structured approach

Assessment of existing market, prepare strategical plans for business expansion

Setting sales goals, creating sales plans, and forecasting sales performance

Tracking sales metrics, analysing data, and preparing reports

Exposure to sales data analysis, interpretation & action plan initiation

Good leadership capabilities, team player and a strong self driven individual

Strong negotiating skills, grasping opportunity to convert into sales

Exceptional analytical, conflict management, problem-solving skills

Good in communication & convincing skill, willingness to extensive travel

Strong time management and organizing abilities

Agile, intuitive, self-motivated, and enthusiastic individual

Good exposure to MS office, ERP, etc

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
