We need a hands-on, growth-obsessed Marketing Manager with at least 1 year of real experience in SaaS or IT-services marketing (agency-side experience is also fine if you marketed tools or software or IT services).
You will own almost everything that touches customer acquisition, onboarding, engagement, and retention in the early days, because at Montr, marketing = growth.

Key Responsibilities
1. Own & Execute the Full Go-to-Market (GTM) Strategy
Build and iterate the complete GTM playbook: pre-launch hype ? MVP launch ? rapid scaling.
Lead Product Hunt launch, Reddit launches, AppSumo-style deals, SaaS directories, webinars, and virtual events.
2. Demand Generation & Paid Acquisition
Run and optimize high-ROI paid campaigns across Meta, Google, LinkedIn, TikTok, Reddit, and X.
Build and scale organic channels (LinkedIn, X, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Reddit).
3. Viral Growth & Creative Campaigns
Weekly brainstorming with the founder team to ideate and ship bold, viral-worthy campaigns.
Run 3-5 growth experiments every week -- kill losers fast, scale winners immediately.
4. Micro-Influencer & Partnership Engine
Identify, negotiate, and manage collaborations with micro-influencers (10k-100k), agency owners, course creators, and complementary tools.
Build and scale a high-converting affiliate + referral program.
5. Content & Brand Narrative
Own the full content calendar and production: LinkedIn, X threads, YouTube, TikTok, blog, newsletters, case studies, demo videos.
Write or oversee all high-conversion copy (landing pages, ads, emails, sales decks).
6. Community Building & User Engagement
Grow and nurture the early community (Discord/Slack, WhatsApp groups, LinkedIn group).
Host weekly live demos, office hours, and customer spotlight sessions.
7. Product-Led Growth & Onboarding
Design and continuously improve the post-signup onboarding flow (email, WhatsApp, in-app, Loom videos) to hit "aha" moment in minutes.
Drive feature adoption and in-app upsells.
8. Analytics & Reporting
Own the entire growth dashboard and be the single source of truth for CAC, LTV, activation rate, and revenue metrics.
Required Skills & Experience
Minimum 1 year of hands-on digital marketing experience in a SaaS, startup, or IT-services company (or agency that served SaaS clients).
Proven track record of running profitable paid acquisition campaigns (Meta + Google is a must).
Excellent copywriting skills, you can sell with words.
Comfortable with analytics tools (Google Analytics 4, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Hotjar/Mixpanel).
Experience with email marketing & automation tools (ConvertKit, Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, or similar).
Basic design sensibility (Canva/Figma at least, you'll create a lot of ads and social creatives yourself in the beginning).

Building case-studies
Workflow automation tools
Basic video editing skills
Worked in or marketed to marketing agencies / freelance creators.
Familiarity with AI tools and prompt engineering (you'll be marketing an AI product after all)
