Monitor
listing suppressions, QC rejections, and compliance requirements
4. Performance Marketing & Visibility
Plan and execute
Flipkart Ads campaigns
(CPC, CPM, ROI-based)
Optimize campaigns for
ACOS, ROAS, CPR, and conversions
Run
visibility boosters
such as product boosts, deals, and platform events
Understand performance metrics like
ad CTR, conversion %, traffic source mix, and keyword efficiency
5. Data Analytics & Reporting
Build
daily/weekly performance dashboards
Analyze business metrics:
traffic, conversion, sales, returns, profitability, and ad cost
Identify
root causes of performance drop
and execute corrective actions
Use data insights to drive
SKU-level profitability and growth
6. Cross-Functional Coordination
Work closely with:
Operations team for stock & dispatch
Creative team for images and A+ content
Finance team for reconciliation, payment tracking, and return claims
Maintain strong relationship with Flipkart category & seller support teams
7. Event & Promotion Management
Lead planning for major events:
BBD, End of Season, Flash Sales
Coordinate deals, price drops, and inventory preparedness
Track performance and work on
event-wise growth strategies
8. Customer Experience & Ratings
Monitor and improve
product ratings, reviews, and return rates
Coordinate with QC and customer support to
reduce RTO and returns
Implement strategies to enhance brand perception on the platform

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, or relevant field
Additional certifications in
