Position Summary



We are looking for a highly skilled and self-driven

Flipkart Marketing Manager

responsible for

end-to-end growth, profitability, and performance

of our brand on Flipkart.com. The role requires deep expertise in

Flipkart marketplace operations, listing optimization, visibility management, paid advertising, and data-driven growth strategies

. The ideal candidate will take full ownership of revenue, profitability, marketing, and execution.

Key Responsibilities1. Business Growth & P&L Ownership



Full responsibility for

revenue, profit margins, and growth targets

on Flipkart Develop

weekly, monthly, and quarterly growth plans

Monitor

pricing, promotions, offers, and competitive positioning

Identify opportunities for

category penetration

, new launches, and assortment expansion

2. Listing & Catalog Management



Create and manage

high-conversion product listings

Conduct

keyword research

, optimize titles, bullets, A+ content, attributes, and image stack Ensure

100% listing hygiene

, updated attributes, correct category mapping, and best practices for organic visibility Coordinate image guidelines, creatives, and content as per Flipkart standards

3. Marketplace Operations



Ensure smooth coordination with Flipkart account managers Manage

inventory planning, stock health, ageing, and OVR

Maintain

buybox, pricing control, and competitive benchmarking

Monitor

listing suppressions, QC rejections, and compliance requirements


4. Performance Marketing & Visibility



Plan and execute

Flipkart Ads campaigns

(CPC, CPM, ROI-based) Optimize campaigns for

ACOS, ROAS, CPR, and conversions

Run

visibility boosters

such as product boosts, deals, and platform events Understand performance metrics like

ad CTR, conversion %, traffic source mix, and keyword efficiency


5. Data Analytics & Reporting



Build

daily/weekly performance dashboards

Analyze business metrics:

traffic, conversion, sales, returns, profitability, and ad cost

Identify

root causes of performance drop

and execute corrective actions Use data insights to drive

SKU-level profitability and growth


6. Cross-Functional Coordination



Work closely with: Operations team for stock & dispatch Creative team for images and A+ content Finance team for reconciliation, payment tracking, and return claims Maintain strong relationship with Flipkart category & seller support teams

7. Event & Promotion Management



Lead planning for major events:

BBD, End of Season, Flash Sales

Coordinate deals, price drops, and inventory preparedness Track performance and work on

event-wise growth strategies


8. Customer Experience & Ratings



Monitor and improve

product ratings, reviews, and return rates

Coordinate with QC and customer support to

reduce RTO and returns

Implement strategies to enhance brand perception on the platform

Required Skills & ExperienceTechnical Expertise



Strong knowledge of

Flipkart Seller Dashboard

, Growth Tools, Ads Manager Excellent command over

SEO for Flipkart

, keyword optimization, and listing best practices Hands-on experience in

Flipkart advertising and traffic optimization

Strong understanding of

marketplace algorithms, visibility factors, and ranking logic

Proficiency in

Excel, data analysis, and business reporting

Experience Requirements



2-5 years of experience managing

Flipkart marketplace

or similar e-commerce platforms Proven track record of delivering

profitable growth

Experience with ads, catalog optimization, and scaling revenue on marketplace platforms

Education



Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, or relevant field Additional certifications in

E-commerce marketing

will be an advantage
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?35,000.00 - ?45,000.00 per month
