Qualification: Any Graduate, Any Post Graduate

Experience : 4 - 6 yrs

Description:

- Define successful metrics for marketing efforts and communicating performance in a timely manner

- Participate in the development, sell - in and execution of new promotional opportunities at retail

- Develop sell sheets as needed

- Evaluate display opportunities and work with field sales team to negotiate the best display positioning

- Paid Search - managing our paid search team as a part of a holistic marketing strategy

- Email Marketing - managing the strategy and execution of our email marketing efforts

- SEO - Managing both the strategy and execution of SEO

- Marketplace Services - managing our marketplace team as a part of a holistic marketing strategy

- Creative Turnover - as the marketing manager you will be responsible for producing creative briefs for the creative team and weighing in on the routing process to keep creative aligned with marketing strategy

- Advise authors on building and optimizing their social media presence and overall platform

- Coordinate and participate in promotional activities and trade shows , working with developers , advertisers and production managers to market products and services

- Develop pricing strategies , balancing firm objectives and customer satisfaction

Skills:

- Write creative and messaging briefs , engage and collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop campaigns

- Oversee budget development , management and tracking for all programs

- Manage vendor relationships, contracts and service providers

- Experience in integrated marketing, managing, growing and optimizing awareness, user acquisition and conversation campaigns

- Experience with Google Analytics and other tracking systems with proven abilities to compile, analyze and makes recommendations based on performance data and metrics

- Strong communication skills and ability to work as a part of a fast pace team
