Experience:

3-10 Years (FMCG Industry Mandatory)

Qualification:

MBA / PGDM in Marketing or related field

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with company objectives. Plan and execute product launches, promotional campaigns, and ATL/BTL activities. Conduct market research to identify consumer trends, competitor activities, and new opportunities. Manage brand positioning, pricing strategies, and promotional plans. Coordinate with sales, distribution, and supply chain teams to achieve targets. Handle marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective campaign execution. Manage agencies, vendors, and creative partners for advertising and promotions. Track campaign performance and prepare MIS and analytical reports. Strengthen distributor, retailer, and channel partner engagement initiatives.

Required Skills & Competencies:

Strong knowledge of FMCG market dynamics and consumer behavior. Proven experience in brand management and trade marketing. Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills. Data-driven approach with strong analytical abilities. Proficiency in marketing tools, MS Office, and reporting systems. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

Prior experience handling FMCG products (Food, Beverages, Personal Care, or Household products). Exposure to rural and urban market strategies. Experience in handling large-scale promotional campaigns and distributor networks.
