Marketing Manager for a preschool franchise drives enrollment growth, brand visibility, and franchisee support through targeted campaigns tailored to early childhood education in India. ?

Job Summary

Develop and execute marketing strategies to boost student admissions, promote franchise opportunities, and enhance brand presence for a growing preschool chain. Report to the Head of Operations or CEO, managing a small team or agency partners while collaborating with sales and academic teams. ?

Key Responsibilities

Create annual marketing plans including digital campaigns, social media, SEO/SEM, email nurturing, and parent events to drive inquiries and conversions.? Design promotional materials like flyers, brochures, summer camp ads, and speeches for franchise schools. Support franchise development by producing lead-generation content, attending education expos, and training franchisees on local marketing. ? Analyze campaign ROI using tools like Google Analytics and CRM; manage budgets and report on enrollment metrics. ? Organize parent engagement events, webinars, and partnerships with local influencers or pediatricians. ?

Preferred Skills

Knowledge of Indian preschool regulations (NEP 2020, CBSE affiliation). ? Experience with CRM (HubSpot/Zoho), event planning, and franchise support. Creative storytelling for parent communications and child-centric branding.
