Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



1. Brand Development & Marketing



Collaborated with creative agencies to design websites and develop compelling social media content (e.g., reels, static posts) in alignment with brand identity and business goals. Acted as the key liaison between internal teams and agencies to ensure quality and timely delivery of creative assets. Ensured consistent brand messaging across all platforms and drove customer engagement through social media campaigns.

2. Media Planning & Coordination



Coordinated with internal departments and resource persons to source and plan advertisements. Built and maintained strong relationships with media houses for strategic partnerships. Executed barter deals with radio stations for events and promotional activities.

3. Financial Management



Processed vendor invoices, tracked submissions and approvals, and managed data entry in financial software. Prepared detailed monthly and quarterly marketing expenditure reports, highlighting spend trends and variances for management review.

4. Outdoor Advertising (OOH)



Negotiated and managed revenue-generating partnerships for sites and outdoor hoardings (SOH). Liaised with multiple agencies for media buying and campaign execution across various formats.

5. Vendor & Agency Management



Managed vendor relationships to ensure smooth execution of marketing activities. Monitored service quality, delivery timelines, and adherence to budget and brand standards.

6. Event Planning & Public Relations



Planned and managed on-site event execution including decor, logistics, and celebrity coordination. Oversaw high-profile events such as movie premieres, festive events, fashion shows, store launches, and media nights. Coordinated with PR agencies for media coverage, interviews, and photo opportunities to promote properties and maintain a positive brand image.

7. Campaign Planning & Strategy



Conceptualized integrated marketing campaigns and worked closely with agencies for execution. Collaborated with sales teams to ensure marketing efforts aligned with business development goals. Monitored campaign performance, analyzed metrics, and optimized strategy to improve ROI.

8. Website & Content Management



Managed website content and updates, ensuring current and relevant property listings and brand messaging. Coordinated construction and architect shoots across cities to create high-quality visual content showcasing property developments and interiors.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
