We are looking for a Marketing Manager with strong field presence and client handling skills to drive business growth through marketing strategies and direct client outreach.

Priority:

Candidates with experience in Security Services industry - either in operations, marketing, or client management are preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute lead generation strategies tailored for the

security services industry

. Leverage

LinkedIn Sales Navigator

to identify, connect, and engage with decision-makers (CXOs, Directors, HR Heads, Admin Heads, etc.) across industries. Build a strong sales pipeline by researching and targeting potential clients in manufacturing, IT, healthcare, retail, and other key sectors. Drive

outreach campaigns

via LinkedIn, email, and other digital platforms to generate qualified leads. Collaborate with the sales team to create

pitch decks, proposals, and presentations

. Track, measure, and report on lead generation campaigns, optimizing strategies for maximum ROI. Stay updated with market trends and competitor activities to refine marketing strategies.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's in Marketing, BBA, or related field (MBA preferred)

2 to 5 years of field marketing experience

Strong communication skills (Tamil, English)

Able to meet targets and submit reports

Immediate joiners preferred
