Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager (Export) to oversee international sales and marketing operations in the Ferro Alloys, Steel, or Mining industry.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in export marketing, a strong understanding of global trade regulations, and a technical background in engineering.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute export marketing strategies to expand the company's global footprint. Identify and establish new business opportunities in international markets. Build and maintain strong relationships with overseas clients, distributors, and business partners. Handle international trade negotiations, pricing, and contract finalization. Ensure compliance with global trade regulations, export documentation, and logistics. Conduct market research to analyse trends, competition, and customer preferences. Coordinate with production, logistics, and finance teams to ensure smooth export operations. Participate in international trade fairs, exhibitions, and business networking events.
Qualifications & Skills:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Metallurgical/Industrial or related field). Experience: Minimum 5 years in export marketing, preferably in Ferro Alloys, Steel, or Mining. Strong understanding of international business, trade regulations, and export documentation. Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple international clients. Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and export-related software. Willingness to travel internationally as required.
Preferred Qualifications:

MBA or PG Diploma in International Business/Marketing. Experience working with key markets like Europe, Middle East, Africa, or Southeast Asia. Knowledge of foreign languages will be an added advantage.
