We produce highly focused B2B events that connect businesses with opportunities through conferences, road shows, expos, demand generation and consulting services. Our mission is to add value to our clients\xe2\x80\x99 sales and marketing engagements, business development activities, and learning & development programs. Our main business platforms are C-suite events, B2B bespoke events, intelligent demand generation, Expos, and Investor connect. Main Tasks and Responsibilities
Achieving Marketing objectives of our Exhibitions
Create and implement an effective marketing strategy for the line-up of all our exhibitions, including exhibitor, conference and visitor campaign.
Plan propose and monitor entire budget.
Media planning
Plan and implement an effective marketing strategy to promote the exhibition.
Identify appropriate media partners and associations and negotiate barter deals to maximize event exposure.
Ensure exhibition websites are fully up to date.
Create a strategic database of vendors, clients, attendees etc
Manage the PR department ensuring smooth process flow in terms of media relations and other public relation activities.
Coordinate & approve design and development of all marketing collateral, including sales brochures, exhibition brochures, visitor tickets, print advertisements, web banners/emails.
Use new media tools such as social platforms to create new marketing channels.
Requirements
Experience in Exhibition marketing.
Thorough understanding of direct marketing initiatives like email marketing
Database development and growth including segmentation / advanced targeting.
Online marketing experience to include search engine optimisation and banner placement.
Networking with design and print suppliers & agencies
Knowledge of copywriting and collateral production.
Ability to meet deadline and target driven.
Ability to work in a highly demanding environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proven track record in a B2B marketing environment
3 to 5 years of experience
Experience in Exhibition industry , expos
SEO, B2B marketing, Email Marketing experience
knowledge in copyrighting and collateral production
Budget - up to 1lac per month
