About the Role

At Realtooth, our marketing strategies are carefully crafted at the leadership level, but their true success lies in flawless execution. We are looking for a highly organized and results-driven Marketing Manager to bridge the gap between strategy and on-ground action. This role ensures that marketing plans are executed on time, within scope, and aligned with our business goals.

Key Responsibilities

Translate high-level marketing strategies into actionable, detailed execution plans with clear timelines and deliverables. Coordinate with in-house teams, freelancers, designers, content creators, and other external partners to deliver campaigns effectively. Monitor and track the performance of ongoing campaigns using analytics tools, identify areas for improvement, and implement optimizations. Report progress and performance metrics to leadership, providing insights and recommendations for better outcomes. Ensure that all creative and campaign outputs are consistent with brand guidelines and meet business objectives. Manage timelines and deadlines, ensuring smooth execution without compromising quality. Maintain alignment between marketing execution and overall organizational goals. Required Skills & Qualifications Proven experience in digital marketing campaign execution and management. Strong knowledge of marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, SEO platforms). Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills to coordinate across diverse teams. Creative thinking coupled with a results-oriented mindset. Proficiency in content planning, social media management, and vendor coordination.

Preferred Experience:

4-6 years of experience in marketing execution, ideally in healthcare, retail, or service-based industries.

Exposure to both organic and paid marketing channels.

Engagement Model

This is a full-time, in-house position. The role demands consistent oversight, hands-on coordination, and complete ownership of marketing outcomes.
