Roles & Responsibilities of a Marketing Executive

: Identifying potential clients, such as individuals, businesses, or event organizers, and reaching out to them through cold calls, emails, or networking events. Conducting meetings with clients to understand their needs, providing information on services, and discussing pricing and packages. Developing and maintaining long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals. Offering professional advice to clients on the type of photography services they require, including portrait photography, event coverage, product shoots, etc. Explaining different pricing structures, packages, and customized options based on client needs. Suggesting additional services or products (e.g., prints, albums, or corporate gifting) to increase revenue. Preparing quotes based on the scope of work and client requirements. Should do canvass event photography services, album services, passport/visa services and all our Printo products. Monitoring competitors' pricing, services, and marketing strategies to stay competitive in the market. Following up with clients to ensure satisfaction with the results and encourage repeat business. Keeping records of all sales transactions, contracts, and payments. Attending events or shoots to ensure the client's expectations are met and acting as a liaison between the client and the photographer.
