: Establish and nurture long-term relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction, loyalty, and repeat business opportunities.
Lead Generation & Marketing
: Design and execute both digital and offline marketing campaigns to drive lead generation and increase brand visibility in the market.
Market Analysis
: Perform regular market research to identify industry trends, opportunities for expansion, and competitor activities.
Sales Presentations & Proposals
: Prepare and deliver impactful presentations, proposals, and quotations tailored to client needs.
Sales Cycle Management
: Oversee the complete sales process, from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring a seamless experience for the client.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
: Collaborate closely with the technical team to ensure timely and efficient installation and high-quality after-sales service.
Sales & Marketing Reporting
: Maintain detailed records of sales activities, track pipeline progress, and report on marketing performance and ROI.
Brand Representation
: Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and local networking forums to enhance brand presence and build industry connections.
Qualifications
:
Educational Background
: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields.
Experience
: A minimum of 2-4 years of sales experience, preferably within the EV, automotive, renewable energy, or technology sectors.
Industry Knowledge
: Strong understanding of the EV market in India, sustainable energy solutions, and relevant trends.
Skills
:
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Knowledge of digital marketing platforms (Google Ads, Social Media, etc.) is an advantage.
Ability to independently drive results and meet or exceed sales targets.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Willingness to travel locally across Kerala for client meetings and field activities.
