Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to join our team at Kummenchery Steel. As a Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote our products and services. You will also oversee the marketing team and ensure that all marketing activities are carried out effectively. This is a senior position that requires a minimum of 7 to 10 years of experience in marketing.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• Proven experience as a Marketing Manager, with a minimum of 7 to 10 years of experience
• Strong knowledge of marketing principles, strategies, and best practices
• Proficient in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media, email marketing, and content management systems
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Leadership and team management skills
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
• Proficiency in MS Office and marketing software
• Experience in the steel industry is a plus

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote Kummenchery Steel\'s products and services
• Conduct market research to identify customer needs, preferences, and trends
• Manage and oversee the marketing team, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation
• Create and manage marketing campaigns, including online and offline advertising, social media, and email marketing
• Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed
• Collaborate with sales team to develop and execute effective sales and marketing strategies
• Build and maintain relationships with key customers and partners
• Track and report on marketing metrics and ROI
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and apply innovative marketing ideas
• Ensure compliance with marketing budgets and deadlines
