Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Manager to lead a team of 10+ people across marketing, social media, e-commerce, and design operations. This role requires leadership, strategy, and execution excellence.

Responsibilities:

Lead teams across social media, marketing, design, and e-commerce. Assign tasks, set targets, and ensure timely project delivery. Plan and execute brand-building strategies. Manage client communication and oversee brand collaborations. Coordinate with e-commerce teams to improve performance and sales. Handle office operations and workflow management. Identify challenges and provide solutions to improve outcomes. Review reports, analytics, and ensure measurable results.

Skills & Requirements:

Strong leadership and team management skills. Knowledge of e-commerce processes, marketplace platforms, and website management. Experience with marketing tools and social media strategy. Excellent communication, planning, and organizational skills. Ability to deliver results and motivate teams.

Preferred:

Experience leading multi-functional creative or e-commerce teams.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
