Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute
marketing and sales strategies
for rubber, chemical, and plastic raw materials.
Manage
key OEMs, distributors, and industrial clients
across assigned territories.
Identify new business opportunities and
expand market penetration
in automotive, polymer, rubber, and plastic processing industries.
Lead product positioning, pricing strategies, and promotional activities.
Coordinate with production, supply chain, and technical teams to ensure smooth order execution.
Conduct
market research
, competitor analysis, and customer need assessments.
Achieve
sales targets, revenue growth, and profitability goals
.
Build and maintain long-term customer relationships and channel partnerships.
Represent the company at
industry exhibitions, trade fairs, and technical seminars
.
Prepare MIS reports, forecasts, and management presentations.
Experience
8-10 years
of relevant experience in chemical, rubber, or plastic raw material marketing
Strong exposure to
