Job Summary
The Marketing Manager is responsible for planning and executing marketing and outreach strategies to promote the eye hospital's services, enhance brand visibility, increase patient footfall, and build strong referral networks. The role focuses on ethical healthcare marketing, community engagement, and patient education while ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field
7-15 years of experience in marketing, preferably in healthcare, hospital, or eye-care sector
Experience in hospital branding, patient outreach, or medical marketing
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Qualifications
MBA in Marketing or Hospital Management
Experience in ophthalmology, eye hospitals, or specialty clinics
Knowledge of NABH / healthcare compliance standards
