Marketing Manager (medical device) - Field Growth & P&L

You will drive the full growth cycle of your region--owning awareness campaigns, doctor engagement, field performance, partnerships, and profitability.
This role is ideal for someone who has experience managing field teams or territory growth and now wants to step into a role with
more control, more responsibility, and direct influence on business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities1. On-Ground Field Marketing & Market Development
Lead doctor outreach strategies in your region (neurologists, physiotherapists, hospitals).
Conduct CMEs, camps, demos, and scientific engagement activities.
Build strong clinical relationships to accelerate product adoption.
Identify high-potential zones and plan market expansion activities.
2. P&L Ownership for Region/Territory
Own revenue delivery, budgeting, and profitability of assigned region.
Analyse demand patterns and allocate resources for maximum ROI.
Track cost efficiency across events, activities, and field operations.
Manage forecasting, planning, and monthly performance reviews.
3. Sales Enablement & Clinician Communication
Create and deploy regional marketing assets (brochures, videos, case studies).
Support clinicians with information, follow-ups, and clear communication.
Ensure high-quality quotations, proposals, and onboarding documents.
Convert doctor interest into long-term partnerships.
4. Data-Driven Growth Execution
Track adoption, conversion trends, and market behaviour across clinics.
Build dashboards and insights for leadership.
Run experimentation cycles to test messaging, campaigns, or outreach formats.
Ensure competitive intelligence and timely market feedback.
5. Events, Awareness & Ecosystem Development
Lead Parkinson's awareness programs, community events, and patient initiatives.
Build local partnerships with hospitals, rehab centres, NGOs, associations.
Represent the company at conferences and scientific forums.
What We're Looking For
2-7 years experience
in field marketing, pharma/medtech sales, or territory management.
Strong understanding of clinician engagement and healthcare behaviour.
Ability to own a P&L, track ROI, and take financially sound decisions.
Comfortable managing field execution, travel, and partner coordination.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
High learning agility and problem-solving mindset.
Experience with neurological, rehabilitation, or medical device categories is a plus.
