We're looking for a

Marketing Manager

who can turn creative ideas into impactful campaigns, manage our online presence, and lead our young, talented team toward measurable growth.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Planning

Plan monthly and quarterly marketing calendars with campaigns, offers, and launches. Manage marketing budgets, set targets, and track ROI.

Performance Marketing

Work with ad managers to strategize and optimize Meta & Google Ads. Analyze data, monitor ROAS, CTR, CPA, and recommend improvements.

Brand & Creative Direction

Maintain brand tone, storytelling, and visual consistency across all platforms. Oversee content creation -- photoshoots, videos, ad creatives, and social media posts. Collaborate with the in-house design, photo, and editing teams.

Content & Communication

Plan and execute campaigns for Instagram, Email, and WhatsApp. Draft engaging copies and approve creatives for promotions, offers, and launches.

Influencer & PR Management

Identify, negotiate, and manage influencer collaborations. Work with media partners for brand features and PR coverage.

Data & Reporting

Track website analytics, campaign results, and customer engagement. Generate weekly and monthly marketing performance reports.

You'll Be Working With

2 Graphic Editors 1 Photographer (Full-time) 1 E-commerce Executive 1 UI/UX & Brand Designer Founder & Creative Head

Requirements

2-5 years of experience in marketing (preferably in jewellery, fashion, or lifestyle). Strong understanding of Meta Ads, Google Ads, and Shopify analytics. Excellent communication, creative, and analytical skills. Ability to manage a team and work in a fast-paced environment. Basic knowledge of content planning and influencer marketing.
