The Marketing Manager will be responsible for planning, implementing, and managing performance marketing activities across multiple marketplaces and platforms. The role involves promoting the company's products and services, collaborating with national and government agencies, leveraging international trade shows and events, and identifying and penetrating new international markets to drive business growth and brand visibility.
Key Responsibilities:
Performance Marketing:
Manage and optimize paid marketing campaigns across e-commerce marketplaces and digital platforms.
Monitor campaign performance, ROI, and key marketing metrics to ensure effective use of budgets.
Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to improve digital reach and sales conversion.
Service & Product Promotion:
Develop and execute strategic marketing plans for product and service promotion.
Plan product launches, promotional activities, and campaigns to enhance brand recognition.
Collaborate with creative and sales teams to align marketing materials with business goals.
Government & Institutional Collaboration:
Liaise with national and state government bodies, export promotion councils, and trade associations.
Prepare proposals and presentations for participation in government-driven promotional initiatives.
International Trade & Exhibitions:
Plan and manage participation in international trade fairs, exhibitions, and B2B events.
Represent the company globally to establish brand presence and business partnerships.
Coordinate logistics, marketing materials, and post-event follow-ups.
Market Expansion:
Conduct research to identify and evaluate new international markets for business growth.
Develop market entry strategies and build relationships with potential distributors and clients.
Track international market trends and competitor activities.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, International Business, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in marketing, preferably with exposure to performance marketing and export promotion.
Strong understanding of digital marketing, analytics, and marketplace platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.).
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Experience in dealing with trade bodies or government agencies will be an added advantage.
Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.
