Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with business goals.
Conduct market research to identify target audiences, understand customer needs, and analyze competitor activities.
Create marketing plans, including setting goals, defining key performance indicators (KPIs), and allocating resources effectively.
Campaign execution and management
Plan, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital (social media, email, SEO) and traditional media.
Oversee the creation of promotional materials and content, ensuring brand consistency.
Manage and coordinate with internal teams and external partners, such as advertising agencies.
Budget and performance analysis
Create and manage the marketing budget, tracking expenses and measuring return on investment (ROI).
Analyze data and metrics from marketing campaigns to evaluate their success and make data-driven adjustments.
Team and cross-functional leadership
Lead, mentor, and manage the marketing team to achieve targets and foster a collaborative work environment.
Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and product development, to ensure marketing efforts are integrated and aligned with overall business objectives.
Maintain communication with stakeholders and senior management, presenting reports on marketing performance.
