Sales and Marketing Roles

:

Business Development Manager:

Develop and implement business development strategies to attract new clients and grow existing relationships.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and marketing efforts.

Collaborate with attorneys to develop marketing materials, including brochures, videos, and social media content.

Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform business development strategies.

Marketing Coordinator

:

Assist in the development and implementation of marketing campaigns, including social media, email, and print marketing.

Coordinate with attorneys to develop marketing materials, including press releases, articles, and blog posts.

Manage the law firm's website and ensure it is up-to-date and accurate.

Assist in the planning and execution of events, such as seminars, webinars, and networking receptions.

Client Relationship Manager:

Build and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure client satisfaction and retention.

Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell services to clients.

Provide exceptional customer service to clients through prompt communication and resolution of issues.

Collaborate with attorneys to develop client-specific marketing strategies

Calendar Management Tasks:

Schedule meetings with clients, opposing counsel, experts, witnesses, etc.

Manage the law firm's calendar system to ensure that all meetings, appointments, and events are scheduled accurately and efficiently.

Accounting managment

Coordinate with the backend accounting team to process and forward invoicing to clients and ledgers.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
