Your Mission (if you choose to accept it):
Own the entire marketing function -- no waiting for approvals, no spoon-feeding.
Build, run, and optimize digital campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta, Email Marketing, SEO) with a laser focus on lead generation.
Deliver daily & weekly lead targets -- no excuses, only results.
Create marketing strategies that
bring in business

Run A/B tests, track every click, and optimize relentlessly for ROI.
Create content (posts, videos, ads) that grabs attention and converts.
Keep a close watch on competitors and market trends -- and always be two steps ahead.
Report numbers clearly -- we care about leads closed, not just "reach" or "impressions."
Requirements:
Minimum 4-5 years of hands-on marketing experience (B2B/e-commerce preferred).
Proven track record of generating real, high-quality leads that convert into revenue.
Mastery in Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, SEO, Email Marketing, and Social Media Marketing.
Highly analytical -- you know your CPC from your CTR without looking it up.
Creative thinker with the ability to execute fast.
Comfortable working independently and accountable for results.
