Marketing Manager - Digital Collaboration & Consumer Content
, you will lead the development and execution of digital marketing and content strategies that support local portfolio objectives. Working closely with senior marketing leadership and cross-functional stakeholders, you will design, launch, and optimize omnichannel campaigns and digital programs that deliver measurable short- and long-term business outcomes.
This role requires a strong blend of strategic thinking, digital expertise, and execution excellence to translate insights into compelling consumer-focused content and effective digital engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze, interpret, and translate market and customer insights into clear, targeted messaging and integrated marketing and promotional strategies aligned with brand objectives.
Plan, prioritize, and manage end-to-end execution of campaigns across owned, earned, and paid digital channels, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines and legal/compliance standards.
Design, launch, and continuously optimize omnichannel digital campaigns to enhance customer engagement and business performance.
Collaborate with external agencies to deliver high-quality digital and content initiatives, while maintaining strong alignment with internal stakeholders.
Support and execute new product launches in accordance with local strategies and regional approvals.
Develop customer and stakeholder insights using qualitative and quantitative methods such as market research, analytics, and user testing to inform content strategy, personalization, and amplification.
Ensure all activities are conducted in line with ethical standards, company policies, and governance frameworks.
Skills & Qualifications
Master's degree in Management (MBA) from a reputed institution, with a graduation background in Science or Pharmaceuticals.
7-10 years
of experience in core marketing and product management roles.
Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.
Proven experience in consumer and digital marketing, including digital campaign activation and content development.
Demonstrated track record of strong planning, execution, and follow-through, supported by a creative and innovative mindset.
High level of operational excellence with attention to detail and performance measurement.
* Experience in client- or customer-facing roles will be an added advantage.
