What You'll Do



Demand Generation & Growth Marketing



Plan and execute

multi-channel marketing campaigns

(webinars, LinkedIn, email, paid ads, SEO). Own

lead generation

--drive inbound traffic, optimize conversion rates, and track campaign ROI. Manage

LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and paid media campaigns

for maximum effectiveness. Coordinate

webinars and external events

, driving attendance and engagement. Analyze

campaign performance, website traffic, and conversion rates

, making data-driven improvements.

Content & Product Marketing



Develop and manage

blog posts, case studies, whitepapers, email campaigns, and ad copy

. Own and execute the

social media strategy

, primarily focusing on

LinkedIn

. Craft compelling messaging around

Work 365's product features, benefits, and differentiators

for IT service providers and Microsoft partners. Work closely with

leadership and technical teams

to translate product updates into market-ready messaging. Optimize

SEO strategy

, ensuring high-ranking content that attracts the right audience.

Collaboration & Execution



Work with potential

external vendors

for paid ads, SEO, and content creation, ensuring alignment with company goals. Collaborate with

senior leadership

(including CMO & technical teams) to refine messaging and marketing strategy. Own

marketing automation & CRM workflows

in

HubSpot

to nurture and convert leads.

Continuously track and report on

KPIs

, refining strategies based on performance insights.


Requirements:

3-6 years

of marketing experience, ideally in

B2B SaaS, IT services, or Microsoft partner ecosystems

. Proven

demand generation experience

--running LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, SEO, and email marketing. Strong

content marketing skills

, including blog posts, case studies, and email sequences. Experience managing

webinars and virtual events

, driving engagement and conversions. Hands-on experience with

HubSpot

(or similar marketing automation tools). Data-driven mindset--able to

analyze marketing performance and optimize accordingly

. Self-starter, able to execute independently and work cross-functionally.
