Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Delhi, India. As a Marketing Manager, your day-to-day tasks will include developing and executing marketing campaigns, managing lead generation and customer acquisition, and identifying and nurturing business partnerships. Additionally, you will be responsible for analyzing and reporting on key performance metrics to refine and optimize marketing efforts. You will be handling 4 Brands under one Umbrella: Real Estate Clothing Business Mortgage/Loan Business Marketing company Key Responsibilities: Brand Strategy : Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies for each of our four brands, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and target audience. SEO : Drive organic growth by optimizing the online presence of each brand through keyword research, on-page and off-page SEO, and continuous website improvement. Content Creation : Oversee the creation of high-quality, engaging content across various platforms, including websites, blogs, and social media, maintaining brand consistency. Social Media Management : Manage and create content for the brands\' presence on Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube, including ad campaigns, community engagement, and growth strategies. Budget Management : Develop and manage marketing budgets for each brand, allocating resources efficiently and ensuring the best ROI for advertising spend. Paid Advertising : Create, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, and other relevant platforms to drive brand awareness and customer acquisition. Campaigns : Plan and execute marketing campaigns to promote new products, services, and special promotions across all brands. Website Handling : Take responsibility for the maintenance and improvement of each brand\'s website, ensuring it is user-friendly, up-to-date, and reflects the brand\'s identity. Reporting : Monitor and analyze marketing performance, KPIs, and ROI to provide data-driven insights and recommendations for continuous improvement. Team Leadership : Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals to ensure the successful execution of marketing initiatives. Qualifications Experience in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns, preferably in the real estate industry Strong analytical capabilities and the ability to interpret and report performance metrics Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills with customers and business partners Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and communicate with cross-functional teams Proficiency in marketing software tools, including social media management, CRM, and analytics platforms Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to different audiences and channels A bachelor\'s or master\'s degree in marketing, business administration, or related field Experience in managing teams of marketing professionals
